No child should be punished to this place, left alone in this room. Hell. No adult should choose to be here of free volition. Definitely not for six months, which has Steve's gaze flit at parts of the room and back to Williams, still standing by the door, and then back to the file in his hands.
Williams place wasn't his problem, wasn't why he was here, and what he chose to do with his kid wasn't Steve's problem either.
