He was pretty sure that had to be against several housing rules somewhere in the world. Not in third world countries, where this room was a palace, but in America it was slop. No child should be punished to this place, left alone in this room. Hell. No adult should choose to be here of free volition. Definitely not for six months, which has Steve's gaze flit at parts of the room and back to Williams, still standing by the door, and then back to the file in his hands.
Williams place wasn't his problem, wasn't why he was here, and what he chose to do with his kid wasn't Steve's problem either.
